Our Coaching for Purpose ministry is two-fold—it includes both coaching and mentoring. They are the starting point of reaching your full potential in Christ –living life with intent and purpose. Mentoring is the starting gate of the UBD coaching for purpose relationship. Mentoring is based on building a trusting relationship that creates an atmosphere of openness and willingness to reveal and develop acceptance of deepest heart desires. Mentoring begins slowly a time of "trying out and getting your feet wet". Stepping into a new level of spiritual freedom and development depends totally on you—we are here to assist you into the starting gate of coaching for purpose. How does it begin: Building a personal relationship with your mentor through weekly 30 minute chat sessions via telephone, daily devotions via e-mail and e-mail communications. Working together on building a personality profile through a variety of personal assessments. Unstopping the wells of hidden dreams, skills, gifts and calling through prayer and communication What does it cost? The Unique By Design course which includes the personality profile, spiritual gifts and personal growth assessments has a material cost of $50. Without participation in the in the UBD course mentoring/personality profile/and spiritual growth assessments are available for one low fee of $100. Once the initial personal assessment is established any monetary exchange is given as a donation to the ministry and depends on a persons desire to give. How Long does it last: That depends on you – when you are ready to move to the next stage of Coaching For Purpose the strategy will change but it will all depend on you! COACHING FOR PURPOSE – When you become a mentor then the initial relationship begins to change; the mentor steps back and becomes the side-line coach –being in relationship for –accountability – wise counsel – encouragement and fellowship. A long term relationship develops that through spiritual connection establishes an intentional yet uniquely designed pattern of relational continuity.
